Holiday Messages of Hope

The holidays can be a hard time for those who are away from home to get help with their OCD. Something as simple as a card and a message from the heart can make a huge difference. That’s why each November and December we partner with the International OCD Foundation to help to send messages of hope to those undergoing treatment for OCD.

Here’s how you can participate:

  1. Download & print our festive templates, purchase, or create your own Holiday card. Design and messaging are up to you but remember that you won’t know who will receive it — so please choose a secular or non-denominational card.
  2. Write your message of hope. View Sample Messages
  3. Send your card to the IOCDF’s PO Box postmarked by November 26, 2025. Please send all cards in a single envelope. However, there is no need to place each card in a separate envelope as the cards will be distributed without one to individuals currently receiving treatment at one of our Institutional Members’ programs. People of all ages need messages of hope — so cards for children, teens, and adults are all requested.
