We are big fans of incorporating art into the mental health world, especially as part of treatment and recovery. That’s why we have self-published two activity books for others with OCD to either work on independently or with a therapist.

All proceeds from the books go towards continuing the Not Alone Notes mission of mailing free, handwritten notes to others with OCD.

New in December 2024, Molly has created another art activity book for exposure practice. This time, a dot-to-dot book!

Connect the dots and color in the pictures. Post them around your house. Live that ERP lifestyle.

Color Your Fears

In 2020, we made our first ERP coloring book.

The book includes coloring pages drawn by Molly, paired with mini essays written by Morgan.

Engage with your fears and OCD treatment in a new way.
