New Exposure Workbook!

We self-published a new exposure workbook! It is available for purchase in print or as a digital download below.

Five years ago I was talking with Jon Hershfield, MFT about the details of our exposure coloring book, Color Your Fears: A Workbook Using Exposures to Combat Your OCD Obsessions. In the conversation, Jon make a joke about creating a dot-to-dot exposure book. Although he was joking, I made a “note to self” as an idea for a future project thinking that his joke was actually a good idea.

After figuring out how to create each page, I began making page after page. The first step was drawing the images with the iPad drawing app Procreate, and the second step was bringing the images into Canva to add the dots and numbers. To help think of obsession topics, I would ask our team of writers for suggestions. I wanted to make the obsessions different from our coloring exposure book, although you will see two similar pages.

My hope is that this book will be useful for both those with OCD, as well as OCD therapists. As always with our books, feel free to make copies of the pages so you can use them over and over again. Now, take the leap to tackle your exposures one puzzle at a time!
