If you are subscribed to our email newsletter, you may have noticed well…our newsletter has fallen by the wayside. The easiest and best way to update the community is typically through social media. But we also want to do some longer-form writing as well. Thus, a blog! Our team of writers will take turns writing the posts.
So what’s new with Not Alone Notes?

Morgan and Molly attended the IOCDF Annual OCD Conference in San Francisco.
We had a great time meeting so many people and telling them about Not Alone Notes, but one of the best parts was meeting people in-person who had received Notes! So many conference attendees also helped us write Notes, and we distributed them to treatment centers at the conference.
Back-to-School Notes are in full swing!
These are notes of encouragement sent specifically to those with anxiety about going back to school, whether a student, teacher, or someone else in a school setting. As those of us with OCD know, that transition can be difficult, but it is definitely possible, especially with support. You can request a Note for yourself or a loved one here.

Common Good Co. in Waltham, MA is accepting donations for Not Alone Notes.
This coffee shop near Boston says that their mission “is to fuel the hustle of our community while giving back so others have a chance at their own. We’re a locally-owned coffee shop and co-working space focused not just on profits, but on creating a wave of positive change for all mankind.” We are so grateful to be one of the nonprofits they are fundraising for this summer! These heartfelt partnerships fuel our work.
Well that’s all for now! Subscribe to our blog, and follow us @NotAloneNotes on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
